We at KGSS take great pride in our accurate surveys of buildings using precise laser scanning in the field controlled by GNSS and total station systems. We produce point clouds which are in themselves 3d models which is available to all clients as a standard. From this we create traditional scaled 2d floor plans, roof plans, elevations and sections for most clients. We also have an ever-increasing demand for creation of as built 3d BIM models of the point cloud. This can be modelled to an assigned level of detail depending on the clients needs. We can use photogrammetric methods to produce ortho rectified photogrammetric elevations, ceiling plans and reality capture models.
